The technology skills you need to have was to be patient, because a lot of it was waiting for all the download. I learned how to add music, change the music, how to crop it, and to add text to the pictures. I didn’t have a lot of experience, but I used common sense a most of the time. The hardest problem I faced was the music playing in the wrong time. I started the music early. I was proud of my music I chose and it matched ok. I was focusing on the problem, but i did a little of characters. I chose the problem because that was the main thing, stopping the problem. The parts that focus on the problem are mostly the beginning. How I planned it was picking the pictures and then music then I went from there. Planning helped save time and it didn’t take long to plan. How I edited was changing the music so it started where I wanted it to go, and how I revised was watching it over and over again. I changed the music. It helped make the trailer make more sense. It might have taken 1 or 1 days. I liked the music /but i noticed i messed up on the song and one of the slides. I think i could improve on checking in over more carefully. I really enjoyed it. I learned more about imovie and next time i will zip right through it. I now we are going to do something in music with imovie so it will be no problem. I would love to do this again because i learned a lot with the technology part. Ms.Casassa should tell other teachers that this doesn’t take long, the kids have fun, and then show a couple and say in a the fifth graders made this less than a week. I really liked it and wished we could do this every other few weeks.
